Intel 上週發佈的聲明並未提及在 0x12B 微碼後是否還會有更新,但 Intel 已向 The Verg 確認,針對第 13 / 14 代 Core CPU 的微碼更新是最後的修復方案。
Intel 表示 0x12B 微碼已徹底解決問題
VideoCardz 指出,主機板製造商目前正在推出 0x12B 微碼,此微碼將是 Intel 為解決 CPU 不穩定問題,而實施的第四項也是最後一項修復方案。
Intel 向 The Verge 確認問題已解決,The Verge 曾多次詢問「Vmin Shift」是否是問題的根本原因,Intel 現在證實確實如此。

Intel 一共發現 Raptor Lake CPU 存在四個問題,並逐步進行解決。最新的 0x12B 韌體包含先前的所有修復方案,目前不需要進一步更新。
- Motherboard power delivery settings exceeding Intel power guidance.
Mitigation : Intel Default Settings recommendations for Intel Core 13th and 14th Gen desktop processors. - eTVB Microcode algorithm which was allowing Intel Core 13th and 14th Gen i9 desktop processors to operate at higher performance states even at high temperatures.
Mitigation : microcode 0x125 (June 2024) addresses eTVB algorithm issue. - Microcode SVID algorithm requesting high voltages at a frequency and duration which can cause Vmin shift.
Mitigation : microcode 0x129 (August 2024) addresses high voltages requested by the processor. - Microcode and BIOS code requesting elevated core voltages which can cause Vmin shift especially during periods of idle and/or light activity.
Mitigation : Intel is releasing microcode 0x12B, which encompasses 0x125 and 0x129 microcode updates, and addresses elevated voltage requests by the processor during idle and/or light activity periods.
截至目前 Intel 尚未發佈任何可以輕鬆檢測穩定問題是否存在以及 CPU 是否需要更換的軟體。按照先前的說法,Intel 建議使用者聯絡客服進行更換。
另外 Intel 也確認下一代桌面和行動平台 CPU 不會受到電壓升高問題的影響,代表即將推出的 Core Ultra 200 系列應該不會遇到這個問題。
現在多家板廠已經開始推出 0x12B 微碼的 BIOS,建議使用者盡早更新到最新版本。筆者先前曾介紹過國外網友自製的 BIOS 快搜工具 Motherboard BIOS Search,已經升級為 FlashMyBoard,只要輸入主機板型號,即可顯示 0x129 以上微碼的 BIOS 版本下載點,相當方便。
