CYBENETICS 算是一家電供檢測機構，向電廠品牌和廠商提供付費檢測的服務，跟 80PLUS 差不多。不過 CYBENETICS 以嚴格測試和仔細報告逐漸贏得市場和行業認同，其收費據說也低於 80PLUS。目前例如 CORSAIR 等品牌，已全面倒向 CYBENETICS，認為 CYBENETICS 更能反映 CORSAIR 電供的品質。
近日筆者從 HARDWARE BUSTER 那邊 (連結)，看到原來有一家電供廠商虛標 CYBENETICS 認證。虛標電供認證的操作也不是第一次發生，以往都有一些電供品牌虛標 80PLUS 認證。所以從這個角度看來，這是好事吧，CYBENETICS 是有料、市場認可，才會被廠商拿去用啊。
虛標 CYBENETICS 認證好像已經修正了
那家廠商是 GAMDIAS，涉事的型號是 HELIOS P2-1300G, P2-1000G, and P2-850G/P-2 850W。筆者從媒體網站的原廠文宣 (連結) 和一些實物開箱介紹影片 (連結) 中都有看到 CYBENETICS 的認證。
CYBENETICS 要求 GAMDIAS 馬上移除相關 CYBENETICS 認證，或馬上寄送相關產品至 CYBENETICS 作認證測試。
Cybenetics Corrective Action
In light of the promotional claims made regarding Cybenetics Gold certification for the HELIOS P2-1300G, P2-1000G, and P2-850G power supply units — which are not currently listed in the official Cybenetics PSU certification database — we request the following corrective action:
GAMDIAS must either:
- Submit the HELIOS P2-1300G, P2-1000G, and P2-850G units to Cybenetics for formal certification, and ensure that all promotional materials are updated only after accreditation is granted and publicly listed.
or
- Immediately remove all references to Cybenetics certification from product packaging, marketing materials, websites, distributor listings, and any other public-facing communications related to these models.
筆者有一個疑問，那就是為什麼沒有電供廠商虛標通過 INTEL 認證？其實 INTEL 也有實驗室，專門驗證電供有否通過 INTEL ATX 3 範圍，而且是免費的。可能是因為 INTEL 沒有提供 BATCHES 吧。
這次的事件，某程度上也是電供行業認可 CYBENETICS 的證明。但筆者無法說出期待更多廠商虛標 CYBENETICS BATCHES，該付錢還是要付錢啦。
筆者也有到 GAMDIAS 官網查看，被指控的型號例如 HELIOS P2-1300G 的產品頁面中，好像已經沒有任何 CYBENETICS 認證了。
