<h3>RTX 4090 做得那麼像家人知道嗎？</h3>
<p>目前常見的假 RTX 4090，除了核心都沒裝那一種，普遍都是拿 RTX 3090 / RTX 3080 重新雷射雕刻裝成 RTX 4090。由於 RTX 30 與 RTX 40 在 SUBSTRATE 上存在多種差異，所以也不難判斷。不過新一代的假 RTX 4090 就像 DLSS 一樣把假的地方都補好修好，要不是經過專業師傅的判斷，不容易察覺有誤啊。</p>
<p>這次張哥發現，假 RTX 4090 SUBSTRATE 的 DIE 四角標記，還有 MLCC 的排列，都不再是 RTX 30 那一種！要不是 SUBSTRATE 的顏色和金屬裝甲有異，筆者也看不出來。</p>

<p>第二個案例好好笑。MLCC 排列雖然正確，但是竟有電阻亂入，笑死。而且 SUBSTRATE 表面也欠缺那些小點點，顏色也有太點深色。DIE 四角的標記，好像開了 TXAA 一樣糊糊的，遠不如正版那樣稜角分明，特別是左下和右下的圓點更似是人手點下去。</p>
<p>晶體上的雷射雕刻也怪怪的：</p>

<li>n 的裡面不是圓弧過渡</li>
<li>D 的內部過早彎曲</li>
<li>R 標好像太大</li>
<li>e1 沒置中</li>
<li>字體過粗</li>

<p>由此可見，騙子們已掌握製造基板的條件，就差一些細節沒修好。下次用功一點認真一點，也許就完美了。</p>

<h3>MICRON GDDR6X 現已停產</h3>
<p>官網資料顯示 (<strong><a href="https://www.micron.com/products/memory/graphics-memory/gddr6x/part-catalog?density=16Gb" target="_blank" rel="noopener">來源</a></strong>)，GDDR6X 已是 END OF LIFE。21 Gbps 的 G6X 有被用在 RTX 30 和 RTX 40 上，例如 RTX 3090 和 RTX 4090。</p>

<p>在 RTX 4090 上的 G6X，晶片表面主要有兩組絲印，以下圖為例分別是 2MU47 和 D8BZC。據了解，第一組是生產批次，第二組是型號的 FBGA CODE。D8BZC，對應 PART NUMBER MT61K512M32KPA-21:U (<a href="https://www.micron.com/sales-support/design-tools/fbga-parts-decoder" target="_blank" rel="noopener"><strong>來源</strong></a>)。</p>

<p>可惜筆者沒有在官網上查到關於生產批次的資料，筆者也只是在 B 站上的維修影片中了解到晶片上第一組 CODE 的第一個字往往是數字，而且代表年份。2MU47 的 2 代表 2022 年製造。</p>
<p>所以當 RTX 4090 48G 上出現各種批次的 G6X，年份橫越 2022 至 2024，也就不奇怪了。因為據說 RTX 4090 48G 主要都是拿 RTX 4090 24G 的核心和記憶體移植，比較少會用到全新的 GDDR6X 晶片。影片中的 GDDR6X，有 3HU47、3JU47、3CU47、2MU47、2JU47、3LU47、2NU47、2DU47、2GU47、3BU47、4SU47、2TU47 共十二個批次，包含 2022、2023 和 2024。</p>
<p>在正規銷售的顯示卡上，基本上不會出現記憶體混用批次的。因應 AI 禁令，市場售價之高引導眾多的 RTX 4090 回到中國接受改造，出現這種奇景。</p>

<p>BILIBILI 頻道 修电脑的张哥 相信有留意電腦維修的讀者都有聽過，能夠在 BILIBILI 維修影片中脫穎而出廣受好評的張哥，有著強烈的個人風格和高超的技術。最近他發了一支影片 (<strong><a href="https://www.bilibili.com/video/BV1FLTBzGEFW/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">來源 1</a>、<a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AmCuzXt8vlQ" target="_blank" rel="noopener">來源 2</a></strong>)，名為「我被这张魔改4090震撼到了48G大显存谁研究的？」，分享他所接到的 RTX 4090 48G 維修個案。那塊 RTX 4090 48G 似乎是因為其中一顆供電模組燒掉，而導致 12V 短路，而張哥更換供電模組後還是照樣燒掉，似乎反映 PCB / 其他地方有問題。</p>
<p>由於那塊 RTX 4090 48G PCB 的供電用料數量不多，所以不宜廢掉那組不斷燒毀的供電模組。供電模組本身不值錢，但燒起來還是有機率帶走核心，所以張哥決定搬板。因此，我們得以了解 RTX 4090 48G 的組裝過程，見證 RTX 4090 48G 二度重獲新生。</p>
<p>RTX 4090 48G PCB、性能、散熱筆者在 B 站上看多了，還真沒看過組裝過程。雖然只是＂搬板＂，但是張哥的影片就是有代入感，更能讓觀眾感受到張哥的激情和起伏。</p>

<h3>RTX 4090 核心和記憶體對着 PCB 說：FIRST TIME？</h3>
<p>懂的都懂，RTX 4090 48G 上的核心和晶片組，87% 都是從 RTX 4090 24G 上拆出來再重植到新 PCB 上。所以對於 RTX 4090 核心和二十四顆 GDDR6X 記憶體晶片來說，早就不是第一次被玩了。反之，張哥指出他在閒魚上以大概一千塊的價格買了一張 RTX 4090 48G 的 PCB，那應該是全新的 PCB，因為就連 PCB 邊角料都還在。新 PCB 上已打好各種電路元件，只差核心本體和各記憶體晶片。</p>
<p>之前筆者有簡單分析這些 RTX 4090 48G PCB 的供電設計，基本上 NVVDD 與 FBVDDQ 的供電佈局，跟 RTX 3090 TI 非常相似。那塊不斷燒供電模組的 PCB，跟張哥新買回來的 PCB 用料佈局一致，但是打上的元件卻不一樣，用料型號和數量都有差。舊 PCB 上有 14 組 NVVDD 與 4 組 FBVDDQ，新 PCB 則有 18 組 NVVDD 與 4 組 FBVDDQ。另一個明顯的用料差異，在於輸入電容由疑似是 APAQ APCAP (鋁) 改為 POSCAP (鉭)。</p>

<p>關於 14 + 3 這種 RTX 4090 VRM，這是最入門的型號會採用的設計。所以那塊 14 + 4 的 RTX 4090 48G PCB，供電用料數量上並無問題。由於 RTX 4090 核心價值不菲，保守一點用好一點的 PCB 有著更多供電用料，也比較安心。往後若出現供電模組燒毀而被迫廢掉該組供電時，也留有相對充足的餘量。</p>

<h2><strong>消費級 AI 神器 RTX 4090 48GB</strong></h2>
<h3>中國自主研發？</h3>
<p>從 BILIBILI 技數犬那邊的拆解來看，RTX 4090 24G 與 RTX 4090D 24G 的渦輪扇版本，便有兩種 PCB 設計，供電用料佈局明顯不同。沒想到它們日後成為 RTX 4090 48G PCB 設計的參考。</p>

<p>目前在 BILIBILI 站上提供 RTX 4090 48G 拆解的影片 (<strong><a href="https://www.bilibili.com/video/BV1c9rHYrEdx/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">連結一</a></strong> / <strong><a href="https://www.bilibili.com/video/BV1h3Q8YBEDG/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">連結二</a></strong> / <strong><a href="https://www.bilibili.com/video/BV1iJXGYAEc3/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">連結三</a></strong>)，PCB 供電設計大概有三款，當中有兩款非常相似，所以整體來看算是有兩大設計，剛好也對應上面的兩種 RTX 4090 24G PCB。從後期的影片來看，RTX 4090 48G 似是經歷了數個研發階段，供電用料數量有變化。值得注意的是 RTX 6000 ADA 48G 的功率目標好像只有 300W，而這些 RTX 4090 48G 的功率目標是 450W，所以調整供電用料規模也很合理。</p>

<p>正面十二顆，背面十二顆，每顆 2GB，共組成 48GB。由於 RTX 3090 採用 NVVDD + MSVDD + FBVDD 供電設計，而 RTX 4090 沒有 MSVDD；加上 RTX 4090 有 NV1P2 (1.2V) 而 RTX 3090 沒有，所以也有 BILIBILI 頻道指出 RTX 4090 48G 應該是從 A6000 (應該是指 RTX 6000 ADA) 改過來。</p>

<p>BILIBILI 超玩会数码 展示 AIO 360 MM 版本可有效壓制溫度和噪音，水冷設計整體做工精良，據說是跟 BYKSKI 合作開發( <strong><a href="https://www.bilibili.com/video/BV1PnXpYVESB" target="_blank" rel="noopener">連結</a></strong>)。RTX 4090 48G 從一開始需要特別 DRIVER 版本，到現在完全解開限制，一路走來也不容易啊。也就是這種時空背景，造就 RTX 4090 48GB，難怪老黃也不太認同完全禁止中國進口的做法。</p>

<p>從 BILIBILI 頻道 技数犬 GINNSOD / GINSODOG (<a href="https://space.bilibili.com/434570236" target="_blank" rel="noopener"><strong>來源</strong></a>) 的分享，我們得以看到更多關於 RTX 4090 及 RTX 4090D 的 BLOWER 設計。由於這些卡都沒有做成所謂越肩式的設計，而 4090 / 4090D 的功率目標都在 450W，這無疑會影響到供電模組的佈局。另外，這些 BLOWER 卡大多都把 16-PIN 放在尾巴橫出，這都是很多 DIY 玩家夢寐以求的設計！以下筆者節錄一些比較有趣的 4090 / 4090D BLOWER PCB 細節。</p>

<h2><strong>雙槽 RTX 4090 / RTX 4090D</strong></h2>
<p>從顯示卡的外觀來看，整體長度控制得很不錯，目測比不少高級非公都要短。高度方面這種雙槽的 BLOWER 設計當然是更節省，PCB 高度大概與 I/O 檔板並肩而已，16-PIN 也要放平橫出。礙於體積所限，要壓住接近 450W，鼓風扇的轉速和伴隨而來的噪音沒在開玩笑。</p>

<p>查看 技数犬 的 BILIBILI 頻道，至少有 3 支 RTX 4090 / RTX 4090D 的散熱改裝影片。在拆解的部份我們終於看到這種採用標準 PCB 高度的不標準 4090 / 4090D 的不常見的 PCB 細節。</p>
<p>首先，目前來看至少有兩大類 PCB 設計，分別是我們比較熟悉的 PCB 佈局 (<strong><a href="https://www.bilibili.com/video/BV17p4y1L7V7/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">來源</a>)</strong>，以及基本上沒有非公採用的特別 PCB (<a href="https://www.bilibili.com/video/BV1UKHweAEyQ/" target="_blank" rel="noopener"><strong>來源一</strong></a>和<strong><a href="https://www.bilibili.com/video/BV1K14y1R7oK/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">來源二</a></strong>) 佈局。這兩大設計的分別主要在於 GDDR6X VRAM 供電模組的位置，老黃的 FE 和老黃的公版也就是一般非公的做法，都是把 VRAM 供電模組放在核心的四角。可是從 技数犬 的影片我們看到有着另一種版本採用完全不同於我們常見的設計，也就是取消核心四角擺放主要供電模組的設計，又在 PCB 右邊新增一列供電模組的做法。</p>
<p>下圖仍然保留核心四角放置記憶體供電模組的 PCB 設計，也不尋常。從 PCB 右邊的電壓測量設計來看，這設計應該跟 GALAX 或其集團有點關係。至於核心左邊的供電模組與右邊的在數量上並不對稱，也不是常見的做法。</p>

<p>開多一列供電模組的設計，當然不是專業用途的卡所獨有的設計，本質上就是因為放不下又不想 PCB 長得再高一點，而決定把剩下的都放在旁邊。以下是 ZOTAC GTX 1080 TI AMP! EXTREME 的 PCB (<strong><a href="https://www.techpowerup.com/review/zotac-geforce-gtx-1080-ti-amp-extreme/5.html" target="_blank" rel="noopener">來源</a></strong>)。</p>

<p>只是從 RTX 3000 系開始，據說 NVIDIA 刻意把 VRAM 供電模組放在核心四周，以縮短這些 VRAM 供電模組與記憶體晶片之間的距離。所以當筆者看到這種 BLOWER 的 RTX 4090 / RTX 4090D 的時候，才感到哪裡怪怪的。筆者猜測，這類 PCB 設計都把負責 GDDR6X 晶片的供電模組移到最右邊。理由是 PCB 印絲都對得上，就是 U3 / U8 / U22 / U34。所以以下這款 RTX 4090D 採用共 21 組供電模組，18 組負責核心電壓，3 組負責記憶體電壓。</p>

<p>關於 16-PIN 的位置，在 PCB 長度足夠的情況下，把 16-PIN 放在右上放橫出，是絕佳的設計。PCB 上主要的發熱源除了核心和記憶體，就是主要的供電模組。現在 16-PIN 離它們都很遠，那邊的 PCB 溫度自然低不少。沒有 PCB 溫度在暖，16-PIN 也不容易燒起來。不過這張 4090D 還是用 H+ 的 16-PIN，意味這是 12HVPWR 的版本而非 12V-2X6 (H++)，筆者是認為還好，可能是早期批次的關係還沒改到 H++ 而已。</p>

<p>至於那些 VRAM 的供電模組沒有任何導貼熱直觸散熱器本體，由於 PCB 的佈局特獨，攤分了供電模組的熱源分佈，倒是還好。實際上，至少有兩家的 RTX 3090，都沒在管 VRAM 供電模組，據說也沒有因此而燒起來。</p>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><img decoding="async" class="aligncenter wp-image-139522 size-full" src="https://img.unikoshardware.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/04/a_cr-7.jpg" alt="技嘉為 RTX 4090 推出新 VBIOS 改進風扇曲線設定" width="2172" height="1222" />在約十年前的時候，各大廠開始加入智慧風扇停轉功能讓風扇在低溫時自動停轉，自此使用者就沒有停止報怨過風扇轉速曲線預設不當。這對於廠商來說也不容易解決，因為全球各地的使用者有着不一樣的使用環境，就一個風扇轉速曲線設定要令所有人滿意是異想天開。近代顯示卡連中階型號都愛加入雙 BIOS 功能，美其名曰 OC / PERFORMANCE / SILENT (超頻 / 性能 / 靜音)，但絕大部份均久缺任何頻率增加 / 功耗解鎖的功能。說穿了筆者認為這種雙 BIOS 設計只是為了提供多一組風扇轉速曲線設定，來減少使用者投訴甚至是退貨。技嘉在 2023 年 12 月開始為部份自家 RTX 4090 型號推出新 BIOS，針對風扇轉速曲線和停轉功能再調校。筆者剛好有一張技嘉 RTX 4090 GAMING OC，就刷刷看有什麼不同。</p>

<h3>RTX 4090 GAMING OC 欠缺 BIOS SILENT 更新？</h3>
<p>筆者該事先聲明，筆者在日常使用過程中並沒有發現技嘉 RTX 4090 GAMING OC 的風扇調校有任何問題，因為筆者使用自定義的風扇轉速曲線，所以筆者是不知道原預設的版本是有機會出現問題 / 有改善的空間。筆者個人認為停轉是愚蠢行為，因為風扇停轉代表顯示卡 PCB 上各元件變得更熱，而在負載突然上來後，風扇也被迫急速上升來壓住暴衝的核心溫度。筆者也理解部份使用者對風扇噪音特別敏感，所以對於廠商加入和自動開啟停轉功能沒有任何異議。</p>

<p>筆者手中的技嘉 RTX 4090 GAMING OC，雙 BIOS 的版本都是 F2。技嘉都愛用＂F＂作為 BIOS 版本的開頭，然後搭配數字例如＂1＂作為版本號。如果只看 GPU-Z 的 GRAPHICS CARD 頁面，BIOS VERSION 是 95.02.18.80.5F，使用者這一刻摸不着頭腦是正常現象。此時可打開 GPU-Z 的 ADVANCED 分頁，查看在 GENERAL 欄下的 MESSAGE，便會看到顯示卡的 BIOS 是哪一版，例如筆者的顯示卡 BIOS 其實是 F2 (GV-N4090GAMING OC-24GD/<em><strong>F2</strong></em>/0E31) ，＂0E31＂這部份應該是 BIOS OC 的意思。如果你有使用技嘉 GCC (GIGABYTE CONTROL CENTER)，那麼可以直接打開 AORUS ENGINE，再按＂設定＂來查看 BIOS 的版本。由於技嘉 RTX 4090 出廠時或載入不同的 BIOS 版本，而 BIOS 之間好像不能互刷，所以光是 RTX 4090 GAMING OC 這一款型號，其官網上便有 3 個新 BIOS，分別對應不同的現有 BIOS。筆者手中的 RTX 4090 GAMING OC 是 F2，所以應該選擇 F4 去更新。同樣，AORUS ENGINE 可以幫忙檢測是否有相應的新 BIOS 供下載。</p>
<p>比較有趣的地方是官網上沒有分開 BIOS OC 和 BIOS SILENT 兩個不同的新 BIOS，只有 1 個 BIOS F4 供下載，可是 AORUS ENGINE 自動找出 2 個 F4 供使用者下載。如果使用者沒有使用技嘉 GCC 的習慣，這邊有單獨下載 AORUS ENGINE 的官方連結 (<a href="https://www.gigabyte.com/tw/Support/Utility/Graphics-Card" target="_blank" rel="noopener"><strong>點我</strong></a>)。</p>

<p>AORUS ENGINE 也只是幫忙識別和下載相應的新 BIOS，下載後是一個 EXE 的執行檔，執行時須以系統管理員身分執行，否則沒有反應 (筆者個人經驗)，再點撃＂確定＂便會開始進入一鍵更新 BIOS 的過程。在開始更新 BIOS 前，使用者宜先關閉一些超頻軟體和監控軟體，例如 HWINFO、MSI AFTERBURNER、GPU-Z 等，也應該先回復顯示卡的原廠出廠設定，甚至可以先備份原有 BIOS，例如透過 GPU-Z 的 GRAPHICS CARD 頁面的 BIOS VERSION 與 UEFI 之間的那個圖案，來導出 BIOS 檔案。</p>

<p>更新過程中或會出現數次黑畫面，完成後便會有新的視窗提示更新成功並需要重啟電腦，重啟過後便完成整個更新過程。再查看 GPU-Z / AORUS ENGINE 等軟體，看到新的 BIOS 版本，確認成功更新 BIOS (F2-&gt;F4 // 95.02.18.80.5F-&gt;95.02.3C.C0.E9)。</p>

<p>筆者發現從官網下載的 BIOS F4，只會更新現在使用的 BIOS 晶片 (BIOS OC 檔位)，沒有打到 BIOS SILENT 的檔位，其 BIOS SILENT 的版本卻仍然是原來的 F2。所以若要更新另一個 BIOS 晶片，需先關閉電腦然後在顯示卡的頂部手動撥到另一個 BIOS 檔位，再重覆進行上述的更新步驟。</p>

<p>因為筆者沒有遇到相關的風扇轉速曲線問題，以下只是一些簡單測試，來看新舊 BIOS 在風扇轉速曲線上的基本分別。首先是原來的 BIOS F2，BIOS OC 檔位的風扇轉速曲線在 50 度起開始轉動，風扇起始轉速大約是 1300 RPM。利用 FURMARK V1.31 作滿載測試，風扇轉速會提升至約 2200 RPM。燒機過程中風扇加速平滑，風扇起動那一瞬間和加速期間筆者都沒感受到突然而來的明顯噪音。</p>

<p>新的 BIOS F4，停轉功能突然消失了，最低轉速是 1000 RPM，無法做到 0 RPM，更不容許使用者自行降低風扇轉速，這是筆者始料未及的情況。而因為預設的溫度目標是仍然是 70 度，預設的最高風扇轉速也差不多，約 2100 RPM。也因為最低 1000 RPM，風扇轉速的變化看起來更平滑。還有一點比較特別的變化，雖然風扇轉速 RPM (絕對值) 差不多，但是 FAN SPEED % (百分比) 可差遠了。舊的 BIOS F2 ，81% 2200 RPM；新的 BIOS F4，68% 2075 RPM (100% 3000RPM)。NVIDIA 近代引入雙風扇轉速控制設計，廠商也有跟進，所以在 GPU-Z 裡也會出現 2 個風扇 RPM 資訊。筆者也有看到新 BIOS F4 風扇之間的轉速差異大幅收窄，僅約 20 RPM ，比起舊的 BIOS F2 的約 250 RPM 之差小很多。</p>

<p>因為事前沒打算要詳細測試，而且沒預料新 BIOS 的變化那麼大，所以沒辦法提供太多更新前資料 (BIOS F2) 作比對，簡單來說筆者懶得重新刷入舊的 BIOS OC F2 版本再驗證。總結以上資訊：</p>
<ol>
<li>沒事可以不用更新。</li>
<li>官網目前只有 1 個新 BIOS，應該就是 BIOS OC 檔位 (0E31) 的新版本，未發現有 BIOS SILENT (0E32) 所對應的版本。</li>
<li>新 BIOS F4，不再支援風扇自動停轉，也不支援手動降速至 0 RPM，最低轉速鎖定在 1000 RPM (舊 BIOS F2 預設的轉速曲線的起始轉速是 1300 RPM)。</li>
<li>新 BIOS F4 由於風扇最低轉速已是 1000 RPM，在溫度目標不變的前題下 (70度)，風扇轉速變化轉弱，曲線更平滑。</li>
<li>新 BIOS F4 的中間轉速區間，以同一 RPM 轉速來說，所對應的風扇轉速百分比有明顯下降 (約 10%)。</li>
<li>新 BIOS F4 的 2 個風扇轉速的差距接近完全消失，有別於舊 BIOS F2 約在 250 RPM 的差距。</li>
<li>BIOS 更新過程中不斷電是常識吧。</li>
</ol>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><img decoding="async" class="aligncenter wp-image-124239 size-full" src="https://img.unikoshardware.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/09/a-2.jpg" alt="覺得華碩 RTX 4090 一體式水冷版太高貴？那麼這款你敢用嗎？" width="2560" height="1440" />說到顯示卡上一體水，十多年前就有人用束帶把 CPU AIO 固定在 GPU 核心上，後來 NZXT 和 CORSAIR 和 ARCTIC 等分別推出自家的 GPU AIO 安裝支架 (指定搭配某些 CPU AIO)。這些安裝支架的重點在於支援多款 CPU AIO 型號和 GPU 型號，所以吸引了不少愛動手的發燒友自行組裝 GPU AIO。卡廠自行搞一體水連 GPU 的方案大概從 MAXWELL 年代開始 (GTX 9XX)，EVGA / MSI / INNO3D 等等算是當時比較有名的 GPU AIO 廠家。可惜因為 NVIDIA 和 AIC 常常改動 GPU 孔距，GPU AIO 安裝支架的命運慢慢走向滅亡，市場上也就只剩 AIC 繼續包辦 AIO 和 GPU。當年那些 GPU AIO 方案都很有趣，有空再談。這次華碩大搞 ROG MATRIX PLATINUM RTX 4090 的確吸引了全球目光，遠比華碩以往的或是其他 AIC 廠商的 GPU AIO 產品都要成功，讓不少人再次關注 GPU AIO 這個東西。華碩的定價也沒跟你在開玩笑，這無疑嚇退了大部份潛在消費者。如果你有冒險精神，想一試 GPU AIO 的滋味，以下的方案可能更容易下手，那就是來自中國的技數犬的顯示卡一體式水冷方案，現已支援 RTX 4090，售價肯定比華碩便宜！</p>

<h2><span style="color: #e9588d;"><strong>來自中國的 RTX 4090 一體式水冷顯示卡</strong></span></h2>
<h3>寂寂無名的中國 GPU AIO 方案</h3>
<p>按網路資料，技數犬前身是一家專門做水冷的店家，有另一個名字但筆者也忘了，好像是熊貓之類的。近年技數犬改行開發顯示卡的一體式水冷散熱方案，按照每一款顯示卡非公型號，專門定製合適的金屬散熱器，且支援快速安裝指定的一體式水冷。他的方案主要是利用大面積金屬散熱器和金屬背板吸收記憶體晶片熱力和供電模組廢熱 (還有相關的電感和電容等等)，再以風扇作主動式散熱；顯示卡核心的部份則利用一體式水冷直接壓制，整套方案暴力又簡單。</p>

<p>現時他所使用的一體式水冷，是找代工廠直接開發的，不再使用 COOLER MASTER 的 CPU AIO。關於 120 / 240 / 360 AIO 的溫度表現，可參考以下這張圖片：</p>

<p>華碩的 ROG MATRIX PLATINUM RTX 4090 所使用的方案看似是 COOLER MASTER 設計和代工的產品，其冷排更達到驚人的 40 MM 厚度，散熱面積和液體量遠高於市面上同類產品，所以其溫度和噪音表現更強是應該的，更別說那是液金導熱設計。如果你願意接受第三方設計的 GPU AIO 方案、失去顯示卡保固、不知名 AIO 的使用風險、不知名的金屬散熱設計的下壓力設計 / 貼合度設計等等，對價格又特別敏感，且具有冒險精神，那麼筆者認為技數犬的方案是一個具挑戰性的選擇，前題是你願意把顯示卡寄到位於武漢的他手中，然後等一個多月的時間讓他開發相關型號。售價方面，RTX 4090 的散熱器連 360 MM AIO ，要價人民幣一千。筆者只缺 RTX 4090，可惜！關於可靠性的問題，筆者也不清楚，只知道技數犬在礦潮期間深受運算型使用者愛戴，具有一定口碑，在 BILIBILI 上有大量他自行開發的作品和實測。</p>
<p>對了，由於這是高精度設計，理論上要為 12VHPWR / 12V-2X6 接頭的附近加入導熱貼降低 PCB 溫度，從而降低接頭燒毀的風險，是非常容易的。</p>

<h2><span style="color: #e9588d;"><strong>頂天的 ROG Matrix Platinum GeForce RTX 4090</strong></span></h2>
<h3>潛力無限只是…</h3>
<p>首先，DER8AUER 在影片中質疑為何大銅底未經鍍鎳處理，他指出這將會影響長期使用的穩定性。由於華碩首次在顯示卡上引入液態金屬作為顯示卡核心與大銅底之間的導熱媒介，沒有經鍍鎳處理的銅底或會與液態金屬產生化學反應，長期來說或會影響核心導熱。他也提到華碩的液金保護設計加入具有黏力的防漏框架，使顯示卡在拆開時難以被分離。</p>

<p>還有一點，DER8AUER 對於 MATRIX PLATINUM GDDR6X 溫度比 STRIX 高出不少感到疑惑。關於 GDDR6X 散熱的問題，如果仔細看 STRIX 4090 在 GDDR6X 上的散熱處理，不難發現華碩其實在 STRIX 4090 的均熱板上有進一步使用金屬墊片抬高散熱器的表面，使 GDDR6X 導熱貼所須的厚度下降了不少。筆者猜測這才是真正的原因，MATRIX PLATINUM 所使用的 GDDR6X 導熱貼有點太厚了 (設計使然)。</p>

<p>另一方面，筆者發現華碩官網上的 PCB 圖片中，GDDR6X 供電模組被加上導熱貼，而現實中據該四組 GDDR6X 供電模組本身好像沒有被大銅底和導熱貼所覆蓋。 GDDR6X 供電模組裸跑的情況其實技嘉和 EVGA 分別都在 RTX 3000 上驗證過，倒是還好。至於官網宣稱 15K 電容所指的應該不是那些 5KD20 電容 (TW APAQ 5K)。</p>

<p>華碩新增 POWER DETECTOR+ 功能，利用新電路偵測應該是 12V-2X6 接頭的 6 路電流輸入，一但發現其中一路有超出 9.2A，便會示警。</p>

<p>外媒對於這張卡的性能和 BIOS 調校還是非常滿意，尤其是以較低的功耗和電壓達成又穩又高的 BOOST CLOCK (出廠接近 2900 MHz)，只可惜並沒有導入超出 600W 的 BIOS，可是懂的都懂，華碩的 1000W BIOS 從不缺席。更重要的是 DER8AUER 在 STRIX 4090 上投訴的 COIL WHINE 問題在 MATRIX PLATINUM 4090 上也大致消失了。</p>
<p>PCB 用料要不要錢？新電路設計要不要錢？液金跟保護要不要錢？核心體質挑選要不要錢？360 特厚冷排要不要錢？串連風扇設計要不要錢？</p>
