							<h3>5nm CCD + 6nm IOD 配置</h3><p>在 R9 7950X 和 R9 7900X 的 SOC 架構內部的構成是 2 組 CCD + 1 組 IOD，每 1 組 CCX 有 8 核心 16 執行緒，32MB L3 快取，兩邊都透過 AMD Infinity Fabric (Die to Die) 在 CCD 和 cIOD (I/O 晶片之間溝通，cIOD 內部透過 SyncF IFO，讓 FCLK、UCLK (處理器記憶體控制)、MCLK 進行同步傳遞資料，另外 IO Hub 控制也可以直接透過 AMD Infinity Fabric 和 CCD 傳遞。</p><p>Unified Memory Controller 統一記憶體架構控制器來與 DDR5 記憶體傳遞資料。</p><p>另外在 R7 7700X 和 R5 7600X 採用單 CCD + cIOD 配置，有可能會跟 ZEN 3 一樣在記憶體寫入頻寬減半的問題，目前透過軟體看數據有可能是錯誤的數值。</p>						</div>

							<h3>Socket AM5 LGA 1718</h3><p>處理器外觀最大的改動就是從 µOPGA-ZIF 也就是有針腳的模式改成 LGA &#8211; ZIF，LGA 1718 跟 AMD Socket TR4 一樣，針腳變在主機板上。</p><p>封裝採用 Flip Chip 倒晶封裝法，並使用 TSMC 的 5 奈米製程工藝，接觸點數 1718 個，處理器金屬頂蓋為了避開晶片元件，所以外觀有點奇怪，日後散熱膏應該會累積不少。</p><p>處理器的側面，可以看到頂蓋不是完全密封，是有孔洞穿過，相當有趣。</p>						</div>

							<h3>FCLK：UCLK：MCLK 相關資料</h3><p>AIDA64 一定要用 6.75.6128 版本數值才正常，CPU-Z 也需要更新到 2.02 版本，大家關心的 DDR5 記憶體的設定，FCLK：UCLK：MCLK，AMD 建議是 FCLK AUTO、UCLK 和 MCLK 設定 1 : 1 性能最好，但是大家應該記得 FCLK：UCLK：MCLK，如果都是 1 : 1 : 1 不就更好，但是目前 FLCK 頻率大概是 2000 ~ 2166MHz，所以 FCLK 還是設定 AUTO 就好，反正看起來也都是運行在 2000MHz 附近的頻率。</p><p>DDR5 6000 記憶體目前設定數值，FCLK AUTO (2000MHz)、CPU IMC UCLK 3000MHz、記憶體 MCLK 3000MHz，符合UCLK：FCLK，3 : 2 原則。</p><p>Ryzen 7000 記憶體性能目前看起來是輸給相同 DDR5-6000 的 Intel 12 代平台，AMD Infinity Fabric 和 Unified Memory Controller 之間吞吐資料效率並不是很理想，但是否可以透過 BIOS 更新去解這個問題，目前無法定論。</p><p>R7 7700X 的記憶體寫入數據比其他處理器高，目前還在找尋原因中。</p>						</div>

							<p>對於 ZEN 4 的進步感到興奮，對比 INTEL 12 代處理器，效能真的有跟上，但是目前新平台還需要更多的時間來優化 BIOS 和驅動，我們內部測試的時間相當的短，所以目前的測試數據只能當作暫時參考使用，未來也許有更好的優化降臨。目前 AM5 平台，建構成本可能需要多一點預算，加上目前幾乎沒有 PCIe 5.0 顯示卡和 SSD，但如果是嘗鮮使用者，建議可以購入來體驗看看 AMD 新世代平台，但是如果是考慮性價比的使用者，我們建議可以再觀察一下，有任何需要幫忙測試驗證，可以跟我們聯繫！</p><p><a href="https://www.amd.com/zh-hant/processors/ryzen" target="_blank" rel="noopener">AMD Ryzen 7000</a></p>						</div>
